Shipping policy
Ready to ship orders 5 to 7 business days plus shipping. Personalized RTS orders 7 to 10 days plus shipping. Custom orders are processed within 14 to 17 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your paid in full order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are not responsible for extended lead times or delays in shipping. Some potential delays may occur due to product availability and delays in shipping to receive product for production. We will contact you if a delay will occur.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs include shipping, packaging and handling.
Custom Orders: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated after your order is packaged and weighed. Separate bill will be sent for shipping cost.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated after your order is packaged and weighed. Separate bill will be sent for shipping cost.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Design and Unwind is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your Domestic order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jenny@designandunwind.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
International orders will be provided with tracking information to be researched by customer.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We pride ourselves on our service and attention to detail so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us directly for a solution.
RTS cancellations of orders are only accepted if done within one day of placing order.
All custom, rush, personalized, and sale items are non-refundable.
Design and Unwind is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jenny@designandunwind.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We accept returns up to 4 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Unopened and unused orders must be returned in its original condition and buyer will be responsible for the returning item including shipping costs, original shipping cost will not be refunded.
