Design and Unwind is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail.

Unopened and unused orders must be returned within 7 days in its original condition and buyer will be responsible for the returning item including shipping costs, original shipping cost will not be refunded.

RTS cancellations of orders are only accepted if done within one day of placing order.

All custom, rush, personalized, and sale items are non refundable.
