How To Book
Navigate to our inquiry page, to tell us about your event. We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. If you feel we need further information we are happy to set up a one-on-one phone consultation. When you submit your information, you’ll receive an email with a custom design fee of $10.
Once your design fee is submitted, we will review your information and begin your custom proof. The Design fees takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. You will then receive a detailed design suite, materials, and color swatches. Two rounds of edits are included in your order before approving designs for production. Additional edits are billed separately.
What To Expect
After any edits and or changes have been made, we will send over a proposal for your review detailing each item on your order. Once your proposal has been approved, you will receive your final invoice that is due within 24 to 48 hours moving forward into production. Please note that all orders have a $75 minimum. No items are created until payment is made due to the custom nature of our products. This will ensure You are in our books and your timeline can be met. Before your items shipped, you can expect a sneak peek of your order.
We are a full-service design and fabrication studio, specializing in acrylic, wood, and you the printing details. This means each piece in your order will be handcrafted. Production is approximately 5 to 10 business days and will be available by the date stated on your proposal your items are checked carefully, packaged with the outmost clear, and can either be shipped or picked up in our studio if shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
